I remember my first day at my old powerlifting Gym and it was bench day, so I got under the bar and started benching, this big Viking dude came up to me and said you bench like a fukkin bodybuilder, this ain't bodybuilding this Power Lifting and you a Power Lifter now

you can pretty much forget you have them most the time, but when they do decide to flare up 

that's like eating vegetables sporadically during the month, that's just not how it works 




and here I am trying to reach 2. I did gain an inch on my chest cuz I randomly decided to measure myself when I got home. Don't know when cuz my notes said June 2017 but I'm sure it's grown more recently since I've been going at it more.
