My squats are just fukking embarrasing, this is what I get for not training my legs enough....

5x5 work from here on out .......

I need a conditioning routine for off days.......

We'll see how things go in a couple months, but for right now, it's going great.

Idk if it’s a gift or a curse that potential love interests feel the need to keep up with you if you’re into fitness and nutrition. It’s crazy how insecure they can get when they see you working out and meal prepping.

Quick question brehs, let's say I'm on my last chest workout for the day and all the machines that I want to use are occupied. Is it ok if I skip that exercise and go on to do exercises for my other muscle groups that day and finish up that exercise afterwards? Or do I have to do all my exercises in order of muscle groups?:patrice:

Yep! There's nothing wrong with that or you can do another chest workout you never did before that hit the same part of the chest

You can come back to it. If I'm doing an upper body workout I break them up so that muscle group has a small break.

I really do not do squats. I did enough heavy squats from high school ball to college ball, I going to save my knees.

You can still have strong legs, without doing squats.

I’m at that stage in the cut when I look untrained and flat :francis: plus my lower back been a bytch more so than usual. That’s fine I got alternate workouts for when my back is acting up. Demonic amounts of single leg work :lolbron:

Second time at this job that a coworker thought I was way younger than I am. Had to show her my id cuz she didn't believe me. I attribute it to having left my old job that was stressing me out. Having less stress gave me some youth back. :blessed:

That plus hitting up the gym and staying in shape. Slightly improving my nutrition like eating more fruits and veggies, protein, but still the usual sweet tooth. And cutting down the weight. And just being in good overall health has me looking much younger. :mjgrin:
