Its just that its the only bodypart where it hits me that I'm doing same motion over and over again. I hit them hard and do a variety of shyt for them because the importance of strong biceps is severely understated besides being able to flex in a mirror, but I'd rather die in a squat rack that work biceps.You hate it because it's boring?
Biceps shouldn't be fun, it's supposed to hurt and be agony, if you hate it because you bored, then you not doing what you supposed to do
