What I ended up doing was walking a lot before I was going to do my workout. I was going to do some calistenics that day at a park which I had to walk to as well. Man when I did my stretches and warm up my legs were basically like "so you didnt get that memo this morning huh
" and I had to fall back. When I was walking back home I really felt the tightness and soreness in my legs and couldnt believe I was even trying to go hard a minute ago
Around 3 on Sunday I felt completely rejuvenated and maybe even a bit stronger so I guess it all worked out. Back at it again today
