I’m not afraid of being brolic. My main focus is losing fat, but i see building muscle and losing fat goes hand in hand. Increasing your muscle mass will increase your baseline calorie requirements which will ultimately lead to weight loss if you eat a balanced diet. In addition, you'll strengthen your skeleton and help stave off the osteoporosis that plagues the female gender. Heavier deadlifts will increase your bone density over time.
You're not a man, and you don't have the testosterone or genetics to become even remotely brolic. Most men don't even have that.
