Four hour workout?Man i can see why some people push themselves to go 6-7 days a week.....took 8 days off do to being out of town and resting my shoulder, first day back just did 4 hours w/o fully realizing it til i asked the lady up front what time i checked in and could have done another 30-45 just off of adrenaline...that internal fuel to make up for lost time/gains is real....
Monday during Jujitsu Class I was rolling with one of the Best Brown Belts on The Planet he just won The IBJJF World's in we was In the Standing Clench and I took a step and I hear Snap, Crackle and Pop
I think I tore my Meniscus, I was in pain, my knee shift and it's pain, I know this feeling because I slightly tore it before
I got x rays but that don't show shyt, so tommorow I go to a Knee specialist and get a MRI
If it a torn meniscus I have to stop my 5/3/1 program
but I'm still training in the gym, I live this Warrior shyt, All my weight lifting will be seated, and I will rehab my knee with light leg extension and leg presses
See my power lifting coach told me you going to have injuries and you going to have to learn how to train around them
And in Brazilian Jujitsu, I'm still going to go, I will sitting in class watching and learning and might do the technique part
Hurt my lower back again setting up for dumbbell bench yesterday. Picking anything up from the floor doesn’t agree with my lower right side. Taking it easy for a week. Been massaging my piriformis muscle which has helped. Also going to see a chiropractor to see why this shyt keeps happening.
Just came off a program that called for them. I felt like my form suffered too much for the benefits of them. I'll throw them in here and the but not gonna do a workout focused on them anytime soon.Good leg workout. Did it till they couldn't go any longer.

Last leg day on that program and my squats started to turn into some fukked up good morning squat hybrid that still has my back a little tucked up. It's probably my fault because I didn't respect the lighter weight at all.Yeah I feel you on the form point. I did them for a few exercises and I felt like the lack of tension from the light weight plus just pumping my legs it got outta wack

Got great news slighty torn ACL, MCL in medical terms strained. I'm out for 6 Weeks if isn't healed In 6 Weeks then it's surgery.Man that sucks to hear. May you be blessed and have a quick and safe recovery
