My chest went up to a 40. I been doing this thing where I started with ten pushups then added one each day. Been consistent for the most part except maybe one day where I did chest exercises anyways. Nothing special but it's something that I like to challenge myself with. Up to 31 today.
My waist is up to a 36 but that's likely due to what I've eaten for the day that's still in my system and water retention. My arms are still the same but I'm trying to cut them instead of having them grow. Not too much fat I see to be removed since most of it seems to go to the stomach. I want to invest in the fat measure thing. Forgot the name but I have it saved on my Amazon. Maybe sometime next week I'll get it if the finances look decent.
