He's popularized IF, made the great fukkarounditis blog post, shattered a bunch of diet misconceptions, among a whole bunch of other stuff. Online fitness owes him a lot. But goddamn if he isn't the poster-boy of missed opportunity. He'd be MUCH bigger than Kinobody if he wanted. He just never wanted that sellout guru title. Guess he said fukk it after seeing how b*stardized his methods have become.

Mon - Fri I’m almost always there 545-715am before work. Saturday’s I’ve got oly 8-930am, sometimes I stay for the wod after 930-1030am. Sunday’s vary but usually mornings also. I’ve been trying to take 2 rest days a week recently so I shuffle those days in to the week depending on how I feel.When yall liftin? Early morning? Late afternoon? Midnight?
