They're up and down. Sometimes I feel like my form is pretty good other times not. Last leg day I did them at the end of my workout like a dummy :snoop:
Part of what I feel like throws me off is coming out the rack I feel like I'm in a slightly different position everytime. Like if I could just get under it and go I'd feel like I could be more consistent but I have to back out to get it off the hooks

Fire alarm went off in the gym this morning and no one left.

Gym gotta be the one place patrons don't give a fukk about unfavorable conditions.

We had a blackout few months ago and brehs were :manny: put their cellphone lights on and kept lifting. Staff had to go around kickin everyone out. :heh:

Last year, I was driving into the gym early a transformer pops at a power hub about a block away. Huge explosion like a movie. I get to the gym and not lights. People didn't give a shyt, open the blinds and take the sled out back with the big tire.

I hate when smaller dude try to give me lifting advise.

To each is own, but some of the OGs in the gym give me advice and I take it and K.I.M. but usually I'm engaging them and asking for form critique.:pachaha:

And the British track brotha doesn't seem to have a juicer body. He got nice traps and the darker complexion helps the muscles look more popping, but I've seen natty dudes like that. But he is a track athlete. :patrice:

yep, i think it was mid/end of may just as the weather was turning and the sun was starting to actually come up when i work out @ 6am.

that was a great morning, great wod, too.

if i remember correctly it was a partner workout but something like:

30 min AMRAP
12 bike cals
9 burpee box jump overs
6 deadlifts @ 315#
