I seem to always have some outstanding workouts when I am iffy about going in the first place due to feeling sluggish.

It's like you read my mind. Once I get back into the swing of things I wonder why I even took time off. I think it's because I let perfect be the enemy of good. Going 2-3x a week is better than none. 2-3x a week over an 8 week period will yield results provided the diet is there as well.

I know this is the gym and protein is the highly promoted macro-nutrient but I gotta put in a plug for fibre/fiber.

A high fibre/fiber diet will change your life, especially if you're looking to lose weight. The American diet is so devoid of fiber it's comical. No wonder people are so bloated and feel like crap.

No. Virtually nobody is that pressed for a workout partner that they're willing to use an app for it, and even fewer would pay for it.

It would only work for people trying to set up communities, like hiking, crossfit or powerlifting groups, but you can do that on Meetup.

Now a dating app for fit singles would be money, but even that would be overtaken by gay dudes and bbws.

Especially in big cities

Yea that too. The idea hit me cause my coworker has been starting to work out and it's folks out there starting by themselves and could probably use a partner

Guys, I'm kind of flabberghasted

For the most part, I'm a eat 1 big meal a day kind of individual, And I play Basketball pretty much everyday. And these aren't some " ho-hum" sessions of bball either; I'm out there working

Now, I'm 5'11. in my mind I should be 165-170 ish. I had a PT test this week, and they weighed me before, and I clocked in at 182. I'm agitated by this, because I honestly don't see how.

I drink hella water, don't drink soda, Have the occasional energy drink. I will admit my food choices aren't the greatest, but ( in my mind at least) I shouldn't be racking it up like that.
