I went to zumba last friday and almost :dead:. It was sooo damn intense I felt like I was going to throw up the whole time.

I'ma be right back in that joint today after work :win:

Gotta get fine for the summer time :skip:

Did leg work today... those squats have me like :ohlawd:

I love squats; my husband thinks I'm a weirdo LOL

women like you are distracting in the gym lol

there is this black chick at the gym thats a beast on the workout tip

she thick as ever with a fat ass

so when she squating its all eyes on her lol

Stationary bike
Some ab workouts
Lifting some weights

Still gotta do my squats and lunges later

No I just do whatever I feel comfortable doing

you cant do it like that

you gotta map yaself out a plan

i see alot of women come in to the gym and jump from machine to machine because they dont have a plan

you should do some research and find out what you want to gain from ya workouts

I'm not a newbie. I've been to the gym before. I don't hop the machines. I break up my cardio, so I don't get bored.

aight thats whats up

when i first started i use to just go in the gym. run and lift weights

once i learned more about how important a plan was i altered everything

it all depend on the type of body you want tho

I felt the same way, but realized it's easier for me to do speed work on the treadmill.

i prefer to run the treadmill lol

my gym is dope as fukk and got TVs like crazy

so i just run and watch sports center or listen to music

That sounds good to me. I hate indoor cardio. When it gets warm you should take a bike to Prospect Park

I hate cardio period lol. But its a must. But walking/running for 60 straight on the treadmill, is the quickest way for me to get bored and just stop working out.

So I do like 30min on the epp
20 on the treadmill
15 on the bike

Or I'll do one
Stop do and do weights
Then do another
Stop and do ab work etc.
