Planning on doing a high fiber diet for the next week . I need to eliminate this post-thanksgiving bloat. I'll probably do green smoothies for breakfast with coffee and a lot of water.

I may not even lift this week, just lots of cardio. At the end of the week I should be able to eliminate a lot of the excess water in my system.

Diet goes a long way.

Found out I was prediabetic(genetics) a couple months back.

So ive made the appropriate changes to reduce sugar and salt significantly in my diet as well as incorporate cardio more regularly.

I brought back so many leftovers from thanksgiving...im not even going to pretend this week to do my fasting or shyt like that...i gotta finish this food. 3 meals a day style. I'm not lifting either :francis:. I'm going to have to really do some extra cardio. May even do a 5 gym day week.
