You made me feel better for doing extra cardio for Thanksgiving and going 5 days a week all the time. I still feel guilty about the leftovers I've been eating even tho I do 50 mins of cardio 5 days a week.I brought back so many leftovers from thanksgiving...im not even going to pretend this week to do my fasting or shyt like that...i gotta finish this food. 3 meals a day style. I'm not lifting either. I'm going to have to really do some extra cardio. May even do a 5 gym day week.
I step on the scale in a few days, hopefully I didn't gain more than a pound, l'll be happy if I lost one but that damn sweet potato pie been on me.
