I brought back so many leftovers from thanksgiving...im not even going to pretend this week to do my fasting or shyt like that...i gotta finish this food. 3 meals a day style. I'm not lifting either :francis:. I'm going to have to really do some extra cardio. May even do a 5 gym day week.
You made me feel better for doing extra cardio for Thanksgiving and going 5 days a week all the time. I still feel guilty about the leftovers I've been eating even tho I do 50 mins of cardio 5 days a week.

I step on the scale in a few days, hopefully I didn't gain more than a pound, l'll be happy if I lost one but that damn sweet potato pie been on me.

All this extra cardio got me feeling right! Dropped 7 pounds so far. I always work out on an empty stomach for extra fat burn.

Ran 75 minutes yesterday, and then hit a good back workout. I’ll probably be under 200 pounds in the next week or so. CANT WAIT

Yeah it's a beautiful thing...

We saw the light breh. And like @360dagod said, all this hard work is going to pay off when it’s sexy time.

Got a thick white bytch coming over tomorrow night. Going to test out my stamina and see how what type of gains I’ve made.

It's my fault for doing chest on international chest day yesterday but what kind of routine includes 17 sets of incline dumbells :gucci: I went through 4 exercises before an incline bench became available.

Only got 3 hours of sleep last night so will have to skip gym tonight :francis:

How often you do sprint runs?

Honestly, I don’t. I need to do more sprints but I focus on long distance running and trying to complete 5 miles under 60 minutes.

Trying to work my way back to a 10 minute mile to get me in marathon shape. Coupled with the fact that I always work out on an empty stomach, it really helps me cut weight.

Craving the gym right now! Can’t wait to get in there in the next hour. Going to start with a 60 minute run, then hit chest, triceps, and biceps. Then finish up with a 30 minute run.
