I've been thinking about doing some sort of competition. Being healthy and fit is great, but I'm getting a little bored just going to the gym and coming home and reading The Coli.

Goku and Vegeta don't just train to look good. They do it to win tournaments and fight intergalactic threats.

Batman doesn't just train to look good. He does it to keep up with the Justice League and beat the shyt out of mentally ill people.

I need something more than just 'training to look good.' Only thing is I don't know what I want to do yet, if it's a bodybuilding show, a powerlifting meet, or even a tough mudder.

My coworker built a strongman type gym onside his crib. So ive been doing different shyt like yoke carries, farmers walks, atlas stones ontop of those different sized platforms, log pressing, with a base 90lbs log with handles on the ends to add plates, those big ass tractor tires, etc. shyts fun, and hard at the same time, especially the log press, shyts weird.

This week was a lazy shytty week for me only went twice. Did a good upper at the beginning of the week and a little shytty lower last night.
Trying to find the energy with this new diet im trying.

Thanksgiving kinda threw my routine off.
I still haven't had a great workout week since the week before. And I know next month the gym is going to be full of people with New Year Resolutions.

Just had my worst week of workouts for the whole year :francis: Tweaked my shoulder doing bench press on Monday and it's been downhill from there.
