Starting to get back into things. Done slacked off for too long lately. I'm highly certain I gained about 25 pounds this past year or 15 months. I believe it's about a third fat, a third water and waste, and a third muscle. Gotta do something. Don't know if it was cuz wear and tear, most likely, or my fat ass, but I done broke a pair of shorts yesterday. Damn button fell out. Was like ten years old, ecko brand so y'all know those are ancient. But still gotta get back into things. Been hitting up the gym more often lately. Did some benching today, did pyramid style which was good to get my chest burned out a bit. Gotta get it before the year ends. I'm ready. Diet not too bad but can improve over time. It's the sleeping that needs work. Lord knows I be lucky to reach six hours on a weekday. :francis:

I've recently implemented this 10-minute treadmill HIIT. It's pretty effective as a warm-up and doable for non-runners:
