Man I gotta get on the swimming wave. Took my family to the local aquatic center, fukked around a little bit. Sore in all kinds of new ways. I can kind of swim but I need to tighten up my stroke. shyt is wild inefficient and the key to swimming is economy of motion. If I could alternate between that and biking for cardio I'd be soooo skraight.....

If it makes you feel better last night i ate sonic :scust: cause i was craving tater tots.
And today i ate both a large and small pita from pita pit i was gonna save 1 for later but i was still hungry.
Then an hour later i ate a muffin and 4 pueces of bacon cause a chick wanted to go rat.
Im on this treadmill now

I need to improve my shopping habits. I buy too many items at once, mainly fresh veggies, which spoil after a week. However, I’m not a big fan going to the grocery store every week.

I’ll have to commit to being more meticulous with my meal planning. Buy a little bit at a time, keep things fresh so I keep away from eating out.

It’s really the diet that has been keeping me from hitting peak levels that I should be at.
