you should keep the vid, as a memento :ehh:

practice squat stretches prior to lifting to improve your depth, most people have problems going low. but its necessary for proper form. That + a warmup set should help ur from x100

the neck protector is just sissy :ehh: but i wont stop you from using it

Thanks to the nikka who recommended working out without gloves. :wow:

About one and a half month ago I couldn't deadlift more than 285lbs. with-out my grip giving out. Was daydreaming about doing some today and had a 2000+ calorie burger so I said fukk it.

I just completed the first 3 weeks of P90x and I feel a great sense of accomplishment. It was a grind due to a varying work schedule and feeling beat up every morning but I'm happy with the results so far. I know I could make greater progress if I improved two things: my meal prep and purchased a few more weights.

I'm trying my best to cook a bunch of healthy stuff on my days off so I can grab it and go during the week while staying away from fast food.

As far as weights, all I have is a pull up bar, 2 15lb weights, and a set of resistance bands. I just need to get a set of 10lb weights for the core exercises and 20/25lbs set for the arm exercises.

I just have X Stretch tomorrow and I'm taking Sunday off. I celebrated my accomplishment by having some ice cream for the first time in a month. :ahh:

nikkas still rocking neck protectors and bar sleeves...shyt is gay and dangerous. :what:Just flex your traps and do it like a man. I remember I almost had the bar slide off my back with the bar cushion when I first started squats. After a couple of weeks there is no tender neck or shoulders. :mindblown:
