I was feeling good today so I decided to start Week 4 of P90x. It's a recovery week so all I'll be doing is cardio and yoga; nothing hardcore. I was really by my Yoga session today. I was able to hold a lot of the difficult positions for a lot longer and I noticed an improvement in my flexibility. Overall, it actually felt easy this time around. Usually, I go for a walk to be one with nature after yoga but it was too damn cold. Instead, I walked to the kitchen and
