I would do some standing calf raises on a levered squat machineCan you OG's help me build a great leg routine. Mine now is,
Squat 4 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
Leg Extensions 3 sets
Leg Curl 3 sets
Lying Leg Curl 3 sets
Machine Calf Raises 2-3 sets
I feel like this is too standard though. Legs is all I'm doing until my shoulder heals. I need them tennis legs![]()
Those exercises are standard... cause they work
