just did 500 pushups straight. i cant see how anyone could do 1000 straight that shyt would take 2+ hours and be exhausting as hell

it’s time to take control backI would have bushed my old trainer way before I did but the sessions were so cheap it worked. Nothing wrong with going your own path. A lot of trainers are shams anywayFinally nice out. Gonna go walk the lake and grill some chicken. Midweek WFH
Considering bushing my trainer, I’m not motivated to work at her levels, could be tired of:
I already paid for April so I got 2.5 weeks to decide
- all the compound/plyo moves
- morning workouts (will likely stick with morning but 30-45 minutes later since I don’t have to be to work as early)
- not having the flexibility to cater my workouts to how I feel that week
- Or “reporting” to someone else.

Yep. People do simple shyt like non stop bench presses, curls, sit-ups...and maybe a few other exercises...and nothing else. They get swole up and post pics like they are Mr Athletic...Reminder:
