Im trying to lose like 1% or 2% of BF. Would it matter to for cardio to do jogging or walking if the calories seem to match. I dont know how valid these treadmills are but they say a hour at 4 mph and 15 incline is equal to a hour at 5.5 mph at 1 incline. I dont feel like qasting my time but walking is way easier than jogging and herein lies the issue cuz I know that usually is bullshyt lol

Curious to see what fad diet makes headlines once The Carnivore Diet's 15min ends.

Fad diet trajectory has shifted to accommodate more sedentary lifestyles, hence the explosion in keto and fasting popularity, but you can't get any more accommodating than current trends. Interested what the scene promotes next, let alone in 3 years. :ehh:

I don't know that there is a set answer based on what you are telling us. Big picture either would work but the initial question is what factors best into the other ways your currently train.

I lift heavy 3 times a week. Cardio every day, calis at home regularly. The cardio I do is the above mentioned walking but I feel I may have plateaud its usefulness as far as burning any fat.

Im probs at like 12% right now btw

If my math is correct:

At 200 pounds (for the sake of the discussion), at 12% BF that's 24 pounds. At 10% (general stated goal) that's 20 pounds. Not a lot of difference in pure body fat loss but was all know pure fat loss is difficult to achieve as a stand-alone.

12% is generally kind of lean for people who don't focus on fitness as a paycheck IMO. Based on that I would say walking because you are trying to really strip away the maximum fat and minimum muscle.

The other route would be more metcon based work.

My lower back been hollering, time for me to throw out my old mattress. Way too soft.

And to think I had the chance to get a firm, brand new mattress a few years back for $100 when Mattress Firm and Sealy's merged :francis:

I don't even remember what I may have spend the money on. Now that my plug has left Mattress Firm I gotta pay a $400+ for that same mattress :francis:
bro one of the few things i will spend dough on is a mattress..its very important my body feels right on one

Lol breh Im 5 4 120-125. So more like 12-14 or so pounds. I guess if I really wanted to I could starve myself for a week but Im trying not to be stupid. Im very lean ( v taper) but have never had abs unflexed and trying to get there this year. It dead ass seems being this lean coupled with my size and family genes is making that last couple pounds a huge chore without doing somethin extreme

Oh well that changes the dynamic totally. You might need to go in the opposite direction. Bodyfat percentage can also be changed by increasing muscle which of course impacts the overall ratio.

We can't know without picture (I am not asking :dame:) but at that weight if you don't have visible abs un-flexed then they are developed enough.
