Yeah it counts calories, cholesterol, carbs, sodium etc. I use it everyday and it changed my life.Is it the calorie counter one?
So I been diagnosed with diabetes and high cholesterol.
So if anyone can recommend some foods or recipes that can help or a quick and painless way of ending thisI would greatly appreciate it.
I been working at for 2-3 months now and noticed progress has stalled because the most cardio I do is 5-10 minutes of jump rope. Running is hard on my knees but I may have to suck it up.
Depends on what you have access to and what you can some degree tolerate. For clarification I’m cautioning against long distance running if you already know you have issues with your knees. You can sprint or run shorter distance, run hills, etc.Burpees????
Test thyroid.
And know removing carbs/sugar from the diet doesn't solve the underlying issue. Long-term curative approaches are centered around low fat, high carb diets and supplements that counter fatty acid oxidation and elevated free fatty acids. Whatever you do, avoid polyunsaturated fats as much as possible. Preferably under 4g.
My thyroxine levels were normal.
I thought polyunsaturated was good for lowering cholesterol.
Tsh was 1.90What was your TSH? It's unlikely they test T4 without it.
Thyroid health is much more than T4 levels. TSH, Total T4, Total T3, temperature, and pulse rate paints a good picture.
Not everything that lowers cholesterol is beneficial. You want to lower it by facilitating its conversion to beneficial hormones. Not by inhibiting its production.
What's your daily calorie intake?I wish working out accounted for 80% of the outcome. I hate dieting everyday![]()
