Long-term curative approaches are centered around low fat, high carb diets and supplements that counter fatty acid oxidation and elevated free fatty acids. Whatever you do, avoid polyunsaturated fats as much as possible. Preferably under 4g.

Build to a heavy behind the neck snatch grip push press
B) Every 2:30 for 15 minutes (6 total sets, increase weight each set):
Hang squat snatch

C) 3 sets: (2 minutes btwn each set)
Tall drop cleans 1.1.1

Humor me here:
How much would Real HIIT 1-2 times a week help in your opinion? My gut is that longer term the changes it can trigger body comp wise would help.
I was thinking 10-15 minutes but I see what you are saying.How long a session? 10mins of sprints vs. an hour of Insanity is very different.
Will help the issue of elevated blood glucose by creating a demand for glycogen storage post-exercise. Won't address why glucose uptake is impaired once glycogen stores return to normal. The cortisol and FFA response to intense exercise may even exacerbate the problem in some. Diabetics need to shift the competition of fat vs. carb utilization back in favor of carbs. HCLF with some supplements like niacinamide, vit. E, aspirin, caffeine, methylene blue will set things straight.
