Yea the bracket was in the way when I put it downProbably better to do them on the floor to keep your form honest. Looks like you got a little over your toes on the rep. Unracking that way looks like it gets you out of alignment

Some of the more recent fukkery I’ve seen:
- Dude doing barbell complexes super set with assisted pull-ups
- Dude squatting with the p-pad and the 20 pound fixed weight barbell. In the rack
- Dude walking around the gym back and forth doing DB Curls. Think like Farmers Carries as in a set pattern and then he’s literally breathing like he’s dying.
