Tried that new impossible whopper on Saturday night. Was actually hungry so I had 2. Thing is I had it without the bread. Now that I'm diabetic, had to make some changes. Actually was pretty good. Still had some cheese and lettuce on it but it tasted good. No need for the bread. What I've come to realize is that once you had a whopper or big Mac or whatever, that shyt tastes the same always. They not gonna change the recipe or anything every time. Meat and bread have tasted the same since burger king was started I'm sure. So I got no issues eating the meat and not the bread. I ain't missing shyt that I haven't already experienced. Thing about cutting back or cutting off on certain foods is that I already done been had them so I'm not missing out on anything since I know what they taste like. Now eventually hopefully I'll be able to have sweets in small amounts and moderation but no need to miss shyt like cookies if there's nothing new with the recipe.

Gonna start doing two a days. Cardio for like half hour in the morning and then weights at night. Get my weight back down and ready for battle.

:scust:Maaan hit a new level of protein fart today, man had to change my clothing because it smelt like i shyt myself:scust:and in the gym it took me forever completing sets because of holding in gas.
Brehs the boxing is fun on my off days only 30 minutes but its fukking with my weightlifting splits

Any recommendations?

I'm thinking

Monday Chest/Back
Tuesday Quads/Hams
Wednesday Delts/Arms
Thursday Day off
Friday Boxing
Saturday Boxing
Sunday off
Im getting back to it now as im tryna cut but if you wanna build muscle you gon have to eat like crazy and be super desciplined with it.

Man you better off just buying the pack of 4 at the store for $5-6 and cooking em yourself.

Im still kinda up in the air about the impossible meats. While it's good and not meat it's stipp heavily processed and got a buncha additives to it from what ive been reading.

Yeah I guess it depends on the company and how they make them but I can see that being true.

Correct me if im wrong but arent ketp and the atkins diet basically the same thing?
Similar but not really:

  • Both are low carb based
  • Atkins is a high protein diet that doesn’t fuss with trying to obtain a state of ketosis
  • Keto can’t truly be a high protein diet because too much protein will knock you out of a state of ketosis.
Like a lot of things most people alter keto to the point it resembles Atkins.

Went to gym after work as feeling myself:myman:
Well 1st of all fukk jump rope
fukk Milton Bradley Bradley Cooper Shawn Bradley Bradley Beal and the queen :mjcry:

Getting 6 6 260 in the air for 3 min round is tough bruhs:francis:

Breh I’m just starting to get the hang of double unders. Meaning I can maybe get 10-20 at a time then I need 10-20 seconds to regroup and catch my breath. Then they get programmed into a workout in clips of 100+ and I just look at my coach like :mjcry:

shyt is tough

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
I've been having the weirdest hand problems lately.

Car pool tunnel, calluses hurting like hell when I pick up the weights, and earlier this morning my left thumb started swelling randomly.

#TeamNoFap before you nikkas come in here with the jokes.
That might be the problem :francis:
