Hour running?Today was another great day. Got in legs, back, biceps and abs and as per usual just under an hour on the treadmill. Going to have my weekly cheat meal for dinner as a reward...still won't gross 2500 calories for the day tho.
4.3 mph on 15% incline...only doing hiit every four minutes. 50 minutes + 5 minute cooldown so just under an hour on the treadmill.Hour running?

Biked for a while yesterday. I might do 30-45 mins today once the sun goes down. I was out there in 100 degree heat after getting my bike fixed. Sun was absolutely disrespectful
