I was taught 200 less calories a day and 10 additional minutes of cardio to your routine is what is the remedy to overcome a plateau while cutting. Try to get as much protein as possible tho.
He needs a break, not 1600 cals and more cardio

Actually he needs an honest look at what he’s truly doing and wants to accomplish. These goals and math don’t add up IMO

What are we doing.............



Creatine isn't going to add size to your arms, doesn't work like that.

You might be doing too much:

  • 6 days lifting
  • 6 days of HIIT Intervals on an assault bike
  • 1800 cals a day?

I was way overweight b4 I started lifting daily, I made some great gains in my body recomposition, I'm at 22 percent bodyfat but carry it well, rock a large shirt n fill it out nice

I mainly only do compound lifts n go heavy, my gaisn were great considering I was eating on a cut, I need 10 more lbs of fat I'm tryna loose b4 I start a clean bulk

You need to take a break. Everything- your hormones, your metabolism, your psyche- is fried. And your deficit is way too big to hope to make gains. You can only do one thing at a time, and with cutting you can only do it for so long. Take 2 weeks off from cutting completely.... put the scale away, eat 2500/day and get back to normal... then get back to it again. You are heading towards a brick wall at this rate

@MVike28 it's a shame shyt isn't legal.... I don't see how hormonal supplementation is any different from shyt like protein, hiring a coach, having a lifting friendly lifestyle etc

I'm starting to feel age coming on. It's funny cause as you get older you get smarter and more efficient, but you don't have the energy to execute at the levels you did before. So IDK. Seems like my body changed after my daughter was born.

Spin is starting to feel “easy,” I only sweat a modest amount and can do another workout afterward. I def need to do more dynamic motion to activate different muscles.

I’m waiting for my stylist to get here, I’m modeling eye makeup today and mulling whether or not I should make today my second rest day.

I worked out yesterday and was fine, I have my bra on the tightest setting and there’s a gap even if the scale isn’t showing much for my efforts. Also, I thought my thighs were getting bigger but my outer quads are looking and feeling more aligned with my knees, if that makes sense. My problem areas are my stomach and arms.

I was DONE..funny how now i can do that in my sleep..its all about establishing new benchmarks..you gonna kill it in no time :salute:

My HRM read at a steady 169 which is wat it normally reads while I'm almost sprinting so I knew I was working hard :lawd:

Gonna aim for 20mins tomorrow :steviej:

Did an hour of hiit chest had to do a hurry workout because getting kids
Finna knock out some muay training before the game, wanted wings but settled for salad. The ol Lady said we both losing 10/15 lbs before summer

I'm tired of cutting :mjcry:

Been cutting for like 5 months and I feel I've hit my plateau, my numbers r pretty good but I guess my work out didn't exactly help put on size for my arms, more so strenght, i feel they can only be so big wen I'm getting maybe 1800 calories a day and like 120-140 grams of protein daily

I still got 10-15lbs to loose so my diet is gonna stay the same till then

I had to go to the doc and get my testosterone levels checked because my libido was non existent...:snoop:

Testosterone is fine but the hormones are pretty much outta whack:francis:
