Just eat more of what you eat now.What food do you recommend for being boxed in? I’m tryna bulk and still lift![]()
Personally when I bulked up 2018-mid 2019 I was eating lots of fish, baked Mac n cheese, veggies, rice, cake and fruit. In hindsight that wasn’t smart even though I gained strength during lifts I wasn’t happy with the gut. If I did it over I wouldn’t eat any dairy at all.
