What food do you recommend for being boxed in? I’m tryna bulk and still lift:patrice:
Just eat more of what you eat now.

Personally when I bulked up 2018-mid 2019 I was eating lots of fish, baked Mac n cheese, veggies, rice, cake and fruit. In hindsight that wasn’t smart even though I gained strength during lifts I wasn’t happy with the gut. If I did it over I wouldn’t eat any dairy at all.

24 hr fitness pulled the plug...gonna call my boxing gym and see if they're open - prolly not, otherwise it's just time to stop eating. i'm not a fan of working out in my house, maybe if i had a dedicated space, but moving furniture in your living room to try to workout in a confined space :no:

damn, i figure those of yall who live in cities where that's an affordable amenity would be salvaged
I’m assuming it was mandated by the home corp. The gym here is pretty much trash and the demographic here doesn’t use it much. I doubt there has ever been more than 10 people in there at one time. I get it but it reeks of a corporate decision across the board.

Push-Ups, Sprints, Running and Walking will have to do it.
