Did my home workout yesterday. I'm guess I'm really going to have to have a separate day for legs, just not able to get the work in with body weight with doing upper body:mjcry: Can't wait for this kettlebell to come through:mjcry:



Def digging the bands though, really able to work my shoulders something crazy and can burnout sets for tri's/bi's really well. :wow: Going to have to play around with the push-up variations to get that pump but I'm starting to figure it out.
Definitely....I learned the hard way :noah:Could do biceps, back and legs on the same day at the gym....at the crib it's just legs.
