Starting to hit a good path brehs. I’m not even worrying about trying to replicate the gym. Between walking, some running, an improvised stair climber routine, I’m feeling pretty good and weight is starting to go down. I am starting to eat less, probably 1-2 meals a day.
Since you're not exerting as much physical and mental energy as before this crisis, there's really no reason to consume any more than 2 meals.

:childplease: Why do y'all go off meals instead of calories? I have 3 meals a day but don't go over 1700 calories if I don't do any cardio.

Finally broke down and bought an ab wheel

I been alternating between plyometric exercises and heavy days and I feel the fukking difference
Just doing burpees with knee tucks bust my ass focused on explosive movements yesterday
Today push ups and core finished by jump rope

Being that my focus is weight loss..,the lack of gym is not bothering me anymore. Hella places to get different types of cardio in outdoors - flat walk, steep hills, stairs, parking lots - plus my spin bike and dumbbell set to make sure I keep some level of muscle tone in addition to more home cooking...I’m starting to not care :heh:
