Went for a long walk with the wife and son last night left me sore this morning

Earlier yesterday I did a garage workout no equipment HIIT with a lot of planks, pushups, sit-ups and squats lunges

can’t wait for my dumbbells to arrive and ordered a really good preworkout that will turn up the intensity

Can’t wait for quarantine to end so I can jump back into online coaching and have a plan to gain size

Squat 5x5, then 3 singles
Deadlift, singles up to 545
Pendlay Row 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Curls 3x8
Tricep Pushdowns 3x8

Then took my skinnyfat-ass on a treadmill for a mile.

Did not eat dinner yesterday and am now :dead: :deadrose:.

Also seent a PAWG in that bish. She rolled the knee sleeves up to squat and I was like :leon: :whoo:.

She ended up squatting at least 275 ATG. :takedat:

Ass was fat and titties was on point. Her legs were :flabbynsick: w/ a lil too much cottage cheese and the face was :hamster:.

Another PAWG was working with an onion while she lifted with her chad.:ehh:


Seent a brehette squatting at least 225 but I didn't see the face as I was leaving and couldn't tell if the ass was phat.:mjcry:

Been watching him for some good home workouts especially days I'm not on the bench .

Bully juice is cool. I mostly watched his family and military videos. His workouts are pretty good though from what I’ve seen. He works hard.

today my quads are still sore but I got it in:
10 minutes of squats
10 minutes of lunges
5 minutes of push ups
5 minutes sit ups

Im gonna go for the full 45 next time but I’ll settle for 40. I feel pretty light on feet though, I like it. No time for biking today unfortunately.

Gonna try and do my push shoulder workout today:flabbynsick: Maybe I get some abs work done too. These isometric holds/pauses are the wave, got my muscles almost feeling like the gym. My quads still feeling from that leg workout couple days ago.:noah:

Hoping it doesn't rain tomorrow morning so I can get my pull workout in:whoo:
