Decent weekend workout im cutting back on my running, been doing polymeric (sp) workouts jump rope rounds getting better
Im still not going back to the gyms bruh

Me n my boy got together for a 1 on 1 roll session. Rolled pretty hard for 4 untimed rounds.

Left there, got my 25 Pull Ups in.

Did some bag work.

I started doing something I call "crushers"

Ill stand my heavy bag up, squat down behind it, then place my hands on either side of it. with using just the pressure of my hand pushing in on the bag, I stand up and see how long I can hold the bag up. The bag is 70 pounds. May not sound like much, but its tuff.

hit 1 set of abs, push ups, then abs and called it a night.
