So my gym has opened back up and I’m really contemplating going...I said I wouldn’t but it’s literally calling me.

I get it. Was just having that thought myself.
given I go to the shyttiest of 24’s, I won’t be in this position. But I am trying to figure out what my next gym move with be once they reopen.

Spent 2 1/2 hrs in the same rack/platform. Was taking long ass breaks, had plates all on the floor, was choppin it up with the boys. Mufukkas was tryna mad dog but didn't say shyt.

Got some work done all this weekend (fri, sat, sun), not as many sets as I wanted but still good.


Used the 20 lb dumbbell I found with the bands for rows and it was

Gonna use that set up for shoulders and see if I don't kill myself. :ehh:

Still, gonna cut back the cals a bit below maintenance, work life is crazy right now and don't have the time to put in as many sets/volume.

A fleeting childhood
Welp time to enjoy a hearty amount of preworkout. My sleep cycle all messed up (I still get 8 hours of sleep a day tho)


I think I somehow gained weight despite an increase in cardio and less calories than normal. Rip :francis:
