Part of strength is muscle recruitment not just pure muscle size. I wonder I wonder if there is an overlap there with speed muscle recruitment that creates that ceiling :lupe:

But we DBZ bros knew this. The Future Trunks/Perfect Cell fight showed us that beyond a certain point, increasing size/strength will probably decrease speed. :lolbron:

Havent used the 8lb yet, but even the 5lb will have you like:whew:...

Its a quality rope made in China of all places:bryan:

Gym got stupid packed (Pandemic Era) out of nowhere. Went outside to finish the rest of the workout.

I know cats was hating like some city cops, my ass was in the big power rack for almost 3 hours. Crehs was looking like :dahell: :damn::upsetfavre: while they had to wait. I'm in that hoe like :umad: :ahh: :pachaha:.

For those who do HIIT and lift how do you cycle in rest days?

are you alternating lift and hiit days then eventual or rest? Or rest days in between each activity (lift/rest/hiit/rest)?

Probably depends on the volume of lifting. True HIIT would zap you pretty good.
