Today’s Squat Rack Fukkery:
- Dude doing that what had to be 10 plus supersets of deads, squats, close grip bench and pull-ups. Deads, squats and bench were 135
- I was in the other rack taking my time because I was dragging but

- Another dude gets upset, starts doing Deads in another part of the room which happens because we only have one platform.
- He puts his stuff next to the rack the other dude is cycling through and dude offers to let him work in and gets a “I’m socially distancing” reply

- After all that dude loads the bar for close stance back squats at 155 not parallel
