Brehs I'm currently doing some really intense brutal regiment.
Insane cardio(timed joggs and sprints), followed by full body calisthenics training, followed by another lighter warm-down jog. I've been going particularly crazy the last 2 weeks or so.
I jog with a bag that weighs around 5KG (11lbs)...my speed is around 5min per km.(runnung with the weighted bag)
There's a nice park close to where I train, I do the park run (incline, sand, wet grass, rough gravil... shyt is brutal!!!... You gotta make 3 rounds that equate to 5kms(3miles)... I've been doing that everyday for the past 2 weeks.
I'll post pics of course:

My warm up consists of two 1km(2km total) runs, on the way to the park...
then I will jog back home..
that is why the numbers(in the pics) are all way above 5km(these pre and post workout runs are on flat road, still with the 5kg/11lbs weighted bag. But the 5km is the main run, due to how hard it is with the incline/sand /unstable grass /gravel etc.
I then do sprints(which are brutal, but nothing burns fat and engaged hamstrings and all body muscles as much as sprints for me).
After that I rest and then the full body cliasthenics starts.
if I focused mostly upper body the previous day, I'll warm up the sore upper body and try and kill legs, if I did legs the day before, I will warm up legs (hamstring, quads, calves) and try to kill my upper body.
I also train my core /abs 6/7 days for a minimum of 5min
Lastly i do intermittent fasting. My first meal is AFTER all that training and jogging/sprinting, around 12-1pm.
I have my last meal at 6pm the latest.
When I wake up in the morning I drink warm tea (Rooibos/Redbush, local South African tea, with no sugar obviously), then warm water with lemon (for PH balance/alkaline), then I drink 100% pure cocoa powder in warm water, then I eat Kefir/Sour Milk /or "Amasi" for probiotics, to prep my stomach for the days oncoming meals. Then a lot of warm water(all of this is mostly warm liquids and doesn't count as a meal, your body will not even take an hour to process most of it, and it will all be coming out as piss)
...this consumption of liquids all happens between 6-7am.
I start training (jogging to park) around 8-9am, till about 11am-12pm depending on how energetic or lethargic I'm feeling.
The Covid 19 Lockdown has forced me to try out every routine under the sun and this is what I've settled on.
Oh for the "where's the receipts?" brehs:

That's me at the great park I train at:

Is there anyone with a similar rigorous and tedious daily routine!?... I do rest on Sundays or whatever day my body FEELS completely knackered.
I would like to point out that I trained really well in June, and kind of coasted in most of July(even eating cheese and baked goods etc) , thus this insane regiment I'm on now.
Cape Town, South Africa.
