Y’all need to take action on that. That’s ridiculous, if you paid a year you just lose 3-4 months?
Yeah, I'm sure it's illegal af. I was going to contact the congressman's office because it's part of a community center.

THEY made the decision to close the place. Not us.

Went to bench and was working up. Trash ass dude randomly comes up and asked if I need a spot at 270. :scusthov::camby:
Was feeling froggy so I jumped up and missed 310 right in front of ole girl and another broad. First miss since March. :bryan: :sadbron:

I tried using my pull-up bar, but I'm just too damn paranoid. My baseboards are too thin to support it I believe. I've even stacked pillows on the floor to soften the fall.

But hey, my gym is back open so it's back to bidness.
Enjoy while you can something tells me we gonna be back on lockdown by mid September

What is your recovery like food wise?
I eat carbsn and protein, post work out (Sandwich/wholeheartedly bread, avocado, eggs etc with a whole lot of healthy stuff and some form of protein source in that sandwich (eggs), this is around 12 - 1pm. When I'm getting bug I eat 6 slices, right now I'm getting ripped and lean so I'm consuming 4 slices.

Then around 6pm the latest, I'll have my last meal. This is usually somethingy girl cooks, it can range from delicious meat pies to plain vegetable soup or a meal with a lot of complex carbs.

I also drink some local keffir/sour milk for the probiotics in the morning and again before that 2nd mela(since I started doing this my stomach is no longer bloated and my shyts are measured and "healthy").

I do not use any protein powders and or tablet supplements. I've tried to make sure my body ingests all it's essentials from natural foods.
I'm in the process now of adding Irish Sea Moss to my diet as Dr Sebi and a lot Calisthenics brehs swore it has 90% of the bodies essential minerals.

I'd also like to know what others are eating and for what purpose?

I train to look good, feel/be physically in good condition, BUT also LONG TERM HEALTH... I want to be able to be 40 years , 50 and 60 and still be super fit. So all the dietary stuff is centered around that long term/lifetime health and fitness goal.

Bruhs i just had a dream where I was young amd in school again , waiting in the lunch line to eat but they wouldn't ever open the line. I was in the back of the line too.
Then everybody around me started saying I am remarkable. I look at em and they all holding red food trays, then I look down and Im holding a red placemat :francis:
Then I say..."man i need my water"

This fasting gettin me in my dreams :damn:

Bench is trash compared to my squat and deadlift. The same long arms that help my pull hurt my pushes. Titties are decently sized, might be bigger than yours. :dame: :mjgrin:

Want to put up 400+, not 300+. :sadbron:
