I've been using this site symmetricstrength.com where you can enter your weight and lifts and see where you rank. Almost at the advanced level![]()
We been steadily rising for the past few weeks . Highest since May. Several counties on the verge of being pushed back a level .Illinois is actually doing quite well relatively speaking, especially since the 14-day quarantine mandate for people coming in from the states already flagged.
80KG (Short Term) - 85KG (Mid Term) - 88/90KG (Long Term). I'm 184cm. Thats the thing with progressive overload. Squats and Deadlifts are/were going fine. Its Overheard Press, Bench Press, Dumbell Lateral Raises. Doesn't help I've got DYEL look.
I wouldn't focus on weight #s.... you will look better with the same muscle at 80kg than 90kg. You can add weight without adding muscle.
What's the issue with those lifts?
Trying to get down to 170. Currently I’m like 183ish but I’ve lost 12 pounds in like a month and a halfYou Amish big bro?![]()
Correct fitting clothes gonna have him looking like he lift
Most dudes at his height will actually look normal/better @ 90 kilos than they will at 80kg, especially with clothes/a shirt on.
Assuming @VRO doesn't work at a pool/beach/strip club or always be at the pool/beach, looking bigger in clothes should >>> maybe being leaner but still being on some DYEL status 90% of the time when he's around other people.

I guess it depends on what you want. Most natural people are gonna be DYEL status in normal clothes unless they're fat

You ain't shoot your shotMy PAWG gym love in here
Aint seeeent her in months. I thought she died but she alive and lookin thicker in the cheeks![]()
That’s what a small shirt is for176 @ 6'1" is DYEL status; unless he's half naked on stage he will not look like he lifts. Got a bro at work same stats, naturally lean, and he's the skinny guy in the office.
I guess it depends on what y'all consider fit. I can go anywhere from being small to being called 'big guy' depending on where I am that day.
The older white ladies at work will actually get fairly handsy; I'll have random dudes ask me about workout shyt or girls calling me slim. I'm 93-95 kg at the same height @ VRO and I am definitely not fat.
@VRO I'd suggest coming in at 200+ lean at your height. Anything less prolly won't be blowing people away; any more will prolly be maxing your genetic potential at (if staying lean and natty).
Changed my mind on what peak fitness for me is . I seen a 800m runner showing kids proper running technique on YouTube and was blown away by how fast he was really moving. Ever since then, I haven’t cared about size gainsAh, now I get why you think 80kg is cool @ 184 cm.
Either cutting or just in love with cardio.![]()
