Marathon Continues
The exertion headaches give me no other option but carbs lol...
If you trying to push it to the edge, I cant see it going well without carbs
I'm not that crazy
i will be cycling the carbs. 3 days low, 2 moderate, 2 days high. Ill run this for a month or so and see the results.





my bad. My calories fluctuate from 1800 to 2300 it varies on the day, I usually enter it into myfitnesspal but end up under eating I just focus mainly on the macros.
