It's an amazing exercise. Probably one of the best out there. Hits the entire body (especially your posterior chain, glutes, core and hamstrings), easy on the joints and it's very easy to incorporate into a larger workout program or even just do as a stand alone when you're crunched for time.

Key thing is to get the form down pat and then go from there. It's good cardio but it also builds muscle and it's very explosive. I really slept on it for the longest.

what did you use to get form together

When I joined my new gym I got one of those free personal trainer sessions as a "welcome gift". During the session the PT introduced me to the kettlebell swings and how to do it with proper form.

He introduced me to other exercises as well but kettlebell swings was the exercise I knew I'd definitely be adding to my repertoire

100% Normal. Most people will get pretty hungry after an intense workout, especially if it's on an empty stomach. Hence the phrase "working up an appetite". If you're on a cut try to drink a glass of water before you even start looking at food. It'll temper your appetite so you don't overeat and undue the work you just did.
