I took it around 1 & I still got energy. Not sure how that’s gonna work with my night time workouts & having to work the next morning

Not sure if it’s due to what I ate last night or the powder but I had the shyts like a mf

The powder will definitely have you shyt. Power comes at a price after all.

Damn brehs I’m scared

I swear people not even wearing masks at the gym now, they have that shyt completely off gasping for air. Breathing hard as fukk.

I had to tell a few people to put that shyt back on when they’re near me. I can’t keep risking my health like this.

My lungs been feeling real weird lately. No cough, just a lil shortness of breath when I wake up, but that could just be bad air quality

About to hit gym in a lil . Think I’ll start doing more stairs for cardio . The treadmill getting boring & the bike too easy .

Stairs tire me out much faster tho . I may just do half stairs /half treadmill to build my endurance up

My gains tho

Main Gym is staff wearing masks, no masks required working out. Other Gym is masks on unless actively working out (i.e. walking around the halls). Little Gym is no masks required except by trainers/ workout at your own risk.

But this is Florida so you know it's fukk or walk.
