We gotta mask up walking in the gym and between stations but at your station you can take it off. Thank god cause squats w/ a mask on is :heh:

Back to 4:30-5am workouts before work :francis:

Took the powder last night around 7pm . I’m thinking cool a good work out & by 11:30 at the latest I should be sleep for bed .

Mf had me up until 3:30a. My body was tired but my mind wasn’t going

Don’t know how I made it through the day .

The container says don’t take less than 4 hours before bed tho :dwillhuh:

It also says don’t take more than one scoop unless you saying I should pay it no mind:patrice:


But the container didn't say it would wear off so soon, that was only the lower limit of its power. :ufdup: Plus exercising releases endorphins, so if anything you should still be pretty lit (mentally) post-WO.



I would never take more than a scoop of Hyde in a day. :merchant: I could do 3-4 scoops of that weak-ass C4 or 4-5 scoops of Dr. Jekyll in a day. Just depends on how much of a tolerance you have and how much you enjoy being alive. :pachaha:

2) Dude about 80 pounds overweight coming in early for Arm Day. :hhh:

Dedicate a whole day to arms when your spare tire can fit the F-150 outside, coli cretin crehs.

3) Dude ego lifting doing lateral raises with weight so heavy his back got more work than shoulders. Then proceeded to later curl 30s with a 3" range of motion.

The lateral raises with 50’s that turn into calf raises because they need so much momentum always gets me :gucci:.

FWIW we don't wear masks at my gym. Mighta already had the rona for all I know.:manny:
thats how it is at my gym.

IMO mask in the gym may be a waste...were sweating on everything.

I was talking to a buddy who's in the fitness industry (he's around a lot of triathletes, therapist, etc...), and it seems most folks living the healthy lifestyle arent too concerned w/ Rona.
I mean...if you live w/ some old people you should probably stay at home...
...but if youre single dont think you have much to worry about.

How many mg of caffeine are we talking?:huhldup:

I never take pre past 6pm unless I'm doing some hard leg day stuff cause you going to have a all nighter.
