Also gaining weight isn’t limited to just diet. I didn’t really start to gain size as a “hard gainer” until I started working out less and doing compound movements like squats and deadlifts. Rest is an underrated component of gaining size.

@Serious used to eat 4 big meals back in college, and I was progressing very well, thing is, I don't have the time for 4 anymore, so I have to add a shake to the 3 meals I eat.
Whey =/= mass gainer. You tryna put on almost 20 pounds of mass, a 5# tub of whey ain't it.

@Serious and I touched on supplementation/diet but what that program looking like? A lot of brehs outchea spinnin their wheels using sub-optimal programming.
If you're not squatting, deadlifting, barbell pressing, benching, and rowing at least once a week each, you're prolly not running an optimal program for size, especially since you're not a fat fukk.![]()
I've been at this on and off for 3 years breh I was on a fukking roll before covid hit and kept me out of the gym from April to September
So today being my chest and triceps day for example, this is what I'm going to do
Warm up with chest dips 3x10
50kg bench 15x3
60kg bench 12x3
70kg bench 8x3
80kg bench 5x3
85kg bench 3x3
Noticed that's what my chest responds best to. Can't hit bench for just 4 sets and feel anything
Triceps: 15kg skull crushers 15x4
Superset with close grip bench
Tricep pushdowns
One arm overhead tricep extensions
