Yo I remember my overweight and out of shape boss would talk to me about lifting. Dude would be talking about working his forearms and making sure I incorporate them. Like nikka you talking about forearms?That should be the last of your worries. Priorities all jacked up. Now that I've become pretty advanced and experienced he pretty much keeps his mouth shut. Dude is 30+ loves talking about what he lifted back in high school. Smh. Al Bundy ass nikka

I can still run a 8-min (and change) mile.
My biggest problem is I almost only ever run after lifting. Today I was squatting for almost an hour, pulled for about 40 minutes, then had to get on the treadmill.
Almost drove straight to MaccDonald's after leaving the gym, but I mastered the urged and got the rice cooking now.![]()
