Was the SBD worth the extra money ?

What quality clasp you recommend or which one did you buy, I might as well prep for that now.

SBD is the most secure belt I've ever lifted in. A spine is worth much more than 3 bills IMO so it's mos def worth the money to me.

Like I've said before, if you cop one of those ppl that know expect you to not be trash in the rack. If you rock the SBD and can't put up at least 4 plates (on squat as a dude) you big frauding.



Give the Inzer a minute before you switch the buckles out. Break the belt in and make sure the sizing is right. The buckle issue was noticed on one belt but not the other, iirc. Mighta just been a bad batch.

Back in the gym fellas my dumbass was running on adrenaline didn’t eat anything all day but I got through my workout also did 4 rounds of boxing

what’s the best way to gain mass in my quads @The ADD

Finally went back to the gym last night but saw no one wearing a mask except me. Granted it’s a fairly small gym and only, I’d say, 9 people were there excluding myself but still. I cleaned down every machine I began working on then cleaned it again after. The ypipo I saw just sat on machines like COVID didn’t exist.

But damnnn was it a rush to finally lift again. I’m considering going back tonight
