To each their own but I crack up when nikkas walk in the gym looking like robocop (elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves, belt)
That's me.
I always be sleeved up. Belts for all barbell lifts except bench (normally), Nike Oly shoes for all barbell lifts except deads. My gym bag weighs over 50 pounds, and I keep at least 3 pairs of bytch mitts in the bag with me.
