How hard do you train? Cause I can understand if you do lots of volume but at a low intensity. I train at a high intensity. Almost every set I do is to failure (except for squats cause they are so taxing). I also try to do lots of supersets and dropsets. By the end of the workout I can barely move. That's why I only train twice a week and prioritize recovery. I can't imagine training as hard as I can for 5-7 days a week. It just seems impossible to me.
