Not sure what the difference is. I just grabbed a template from google images and adjusted to my one rep max. I also did a bunch of accessory exercises after each session because as previously stated I had nothing to do but workout and recover all day lol

Normal. Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 has templates similar to advanced called BBS (Boring But Strong) but the percentage is lower (58.5% vs 75%).

I did BBS once for squats and my back howling. I can't imagine how long doing Advanced GVT for that would take. :merchant:
