445 Dead
Puts you at 1000 flat.
When I did the challenge at a gym I knew my bench was finna be ass.
Pulled almost six, squatted over 5, benched only 3 and still made it with a little room to spare.

They don't have squat racks or benches? I would take and use one of those for the challenge.
It should be fine for "practice " but @1970s HeRon Flow might want us to use a straight bar for the challenge.



Who knows when that will be though, so you might mess around and be lifting somewhere else by then?
