It was the quickest growing one but now im stalling out at that 135x3 range. Even back in like 2015 the most I could rep out was 135x5. Gonna have to deload it a bit and shoot it up.

OHP also uses more stabilizers than people seem to realize. If your core, lats, middle/lower back are weak(er), then you will eventually struggle to progress. It's not just delts/tris/upper pecs like some folks think. :mjlol:

I disagree. :ehh: Brb using front/lateral/rear delts, upper back, lats, spinal erectors, glutes, upper pecs, triceps, abs/obliques, and various other muscles all at the same time.

Heavy OHP sets have my quads damn near give out. Weak forearm muscles will have your wrist-elbow stack all fukked up. Imbalance in core/back strength will have you doing the Joey Crack lean back.

Strict OHP is definitely a full-body movement, especially when weight is approaching/exceeding your bodyweight IMO. :yes:
